This is a really good Field Service Engineer role covering the UK for a market leading manufacturer of packaging machinery supplied to the food industry.

Location: Home based, ideally living in Northern England, preferably on or near the M62 corridor, but we will consider candidates living north of Birmingham.

Salary: Up to GBP 45,000

Benefits:

• Overtime and bonus earning potential up to GBP 60,000
• Company estate car

Commutable locations: Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Stoke, Sheffield, Hull, Lincoln

Job Description: Repair, refurbishment, installation, and commissioning of packaging machinery supplied to the food industry. Generating after-sales revenue where applicable. Expect to stay away from home 2-3 nights per week and work weekends approximately once per month. Overtime paid door-to-door.

Person Specification: Proven track record as a Field Service Engineer with experience in the food industry, ideally with packaging machinery. Alternatively, experienced food industry factory Maintenance Engineers with hands-on packaging machinery experience. Qualified Electrical and Electronic or multi-skilled Engineer.
