Job summary

Anglian is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to service Anglian installed products under a 10-year warranty. You will be supplied with a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools to carry out duties in customer homes.

Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, correct installation/maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driving license, self-motivation and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in UPVC installation and maintenance preferred.
• Excellent customer service in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to work on own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
• Willingness to travel and flexible within the working week.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Must have a full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes, identify faults and rectify under warranty and quality standards.
• Demonstrate proper product care to customers.
• Provide a high level of service to every customer.
• Complete service calls as scheduled using the Right First Time approach.
• Accurately and timely complete paperwork and update PDA.

Are you an experiencedWindow and Door Engineerwho takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time?Do you have previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance?

OurWindow and DoorEngineersare essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

Your duties will include:

• Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
• To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
• Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
• Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

You will need:

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
• A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills
• A full driving license
