Job summary

Anglian is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer in the United Kingdom. You will service and maintain Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty, visiting customer homes and diagnosing faults.

You will be provided with a van, PDA, mobile and tools, plus a competitive salary and bonus opportunities. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance or a relevant qualification.
• Excellent customer service skills in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to work on own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
• Willingness to travel and show flexibility within the working week.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes, identify faults and rectify in line with warranty and standards.
• Demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers.
• Be customer-focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
• Complete service calls on schedule using the Right First Time approach.
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and updating the PDA device.

OurWindow and DoorEngineersare essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

Your duties will include:

• Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
• To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
• Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
• Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

You will need:

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
• A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills
• A full driving license
