Careers Wales is seeking an experienced Service Designer to shape and improve Welsh public services. Based in Barry, you will lead end-to-end service journeys, using user insight and design methods to create inclusive, bilingual services that meet user needs and organisational goals.

You will collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a focus on accessibility and outcomes for customers. Welsh language is desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in service design, digital design, or user-centered design.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in service design methods and practice.
