Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a highly organized and analytical Service DemandPlanning Associate to support demand and resources planning across the UK and ROI. This role balances service demand with resource availability to ensure the right resources are deployed at the right time, delivering excellent customer service.

This hybrid position is based at Burgess Hill with a minimum of two days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• A-Level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service demand and resource availability using planning tools.
• Identify and resolve demand–supply imbalances.
• Coordinate day-to-day resource scheduling and prioritization.
• Support weekly demand-supply review meetings.
• Assist with short, medium, and long-term capacity forecasting.
• Maintain data quality across planning and operational systems.
• Ensure adherence to established service planning processes and procedures.
• Support inventory and stock management activities.
• Monitor supply chain changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with Technical Service Managers, Field Support teams, Logistics, Customer Projects, Sales teams, and Customers.
• Communicate planning decisions, priorities, and service updates.
• Escalate recurring planning issues and support resolution efforts.
