Job summary

2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Planner to support the efficient flow of products across multiple sites and supply partners. The role focuses on meeting customer demand while maintaining optimal stock levels and minimising supply risks.

You will work with Commercial, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and external suppliers to ensure products are available when needed and that supply chain operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to review forecasts and support supply planning activities.
• Raise purchase orders, communicate forecasts to suppliers, and coordinate product movements with logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliations, shelf life, and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
• Generate out-of-stock reports, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve inventory management.
• Communicate order status, supply risks, delays, and service updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
