Bellrock is seeking a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator in Leicester to support the Service Delivery Manager with administrative and operational coordination. You will track job progress, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and ensure timely movement of tasks.

The role includes raising purchase orders, updating records, and contributing to MI and reporting. We offer flexible hours with remote options where the role allows, plus a range of employee benefits.

• Detail oriented and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Delivery Manager with administrative and operational coordination.
• Track job progress and chase updates, liaise with engineers and suppliers.
• Ensure jobs move forward smoothly and rebook/reschedule as needed.
• Raise purchase orders and update systems; support MI and reporting.
