Job summary

Bellrock Group is seeking a capable Coordinator in Leicester on a hybrid arrangement. You will support the Service Delivery Manager, track job progress, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and help ensure jobs move forward smoothly.

You will monitor queues, update records, raise purchase orders, and provide MI and reporting support. This role requires organisation, persistence and clear communication to resolve escalations effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordinator, scheduling or admin role.
• Comfortable with systems, phone and email communications.
• Able to juggle completing tasks and priorities.
• Adherence to processes and procedures.
• Detail-focused and highly organised.
• Tenacious and persistent in chasing actions.
• Clear communicator and team player.
• Good judgement and knowing when to escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job queues and update records accurately.
• Contact suppliers and engineers for updates and progress.
• Rebook or reschedule jobs as needed.
• Raise purchase orders and process updates in the systems.
• Support MI and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve escalations and own jobs until completion.
