Job summary

Thales UK is offering an apprenticeship for a Service Delivery Manager Apprentice in Scotland. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery, building customer relationships, and delivering value across Thales projects while studying towards a Project Management Modern Apprenticeship.

The programme combines live virtual lectures with coaching, online resources, and workplace experience. It includes a SCQF Level 8 qualification and a guaranteed permanent role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Highers required with Grade C or above or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• 5 standards Grade A-C including English and Maths.
• Applicants must be resident in Scotland on or before 1 August 2027 and for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver services and programmes for Thales internal and external customers.
• Act as the link between customers and UK Services delivery teams to ensure value and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and anticipate needs to deliver service excellence.
• Lead on project management and business finance aspects of service delivery.
