Thales invites applicants to join the 2027 Service Delivery Manager Apprentice - Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship in Templecombe, UK. You will study towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship while gaining on-the-job experience in a global technology company.

The programme offers hybrid/flexible working options, a salary of £24,000 per annum, and a pathway to a permanent role. You will be supported through academic study and practical delivery, with BPSS/SC security requirements applicable.

Qualifications

• 2 A Levels grade C or above in any subject or equivalent Level 3 qualification such as BTEC Diploma (MM), T Level (Merit) or Level 3 apprenticeship
• 5 GCSEs grade 4-9 (A-C) including English and Maths
• Applicants who already hold a relevant degree will not be eligible for this programme.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of services to Thales UK customers, coordinating service delivery across teams
• Coordinate and deliver Services and Programmes for internal and external customers, maintaining strong customer relationships
