Job summary

Thales UK is offering a Service Delivery Manager Apprentice role that combines on‑the‑job experience with academic study. You will study toward the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship with the Apprentice Academy, supported by live lectures, coaching and online resources.

The programme covers integrated logistics, customer relationship management, operational strategy and project management, with a strong focus on real-world delivery and career development.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 A Levels or Level 3 equivalent such as BTEC Diploma, T Level or Level 3 apprenticeship
• 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 including English and Maths
• Applicants with a relevant degree are not eligible for this programme

Responsibilities

• Study towards Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship with the Apprentice Academy
• Participate in live virtual lectures, 1-2-1 coaching, online resources and self-directed learning
• Support delivery of services and programmes, collaborating with UK Services teams
• Develop skills in customer relationship management, operational strategy and project management
