About the role

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee various ITIL-related and client relationship duties, managing multiple client accounts. You will work closely with the Account Manager and the wider Node4 team to deliver ‘Exceptional Service as a Standard’.

This role involves coordinating across departments to deliver exceptional service for new and existing clients. You will act as the main point of contact for service delivery issues related to your assigned accounts.

What will you bring?

  • Qualifications: English & Maths GCSE, grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • ITIL qualifications.
  • Security Clearance (desired depending on account).
  • Experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, face-to-face).
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Experience in presentation preparation and delivery.
  • Organizational skills, numeracy, and a structured work approach.
  • A team player capable of collaborating across departments.
  • Interest in Technology and Business.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
