Job description

Service Delivery Manager (6-month FTC), £50,000 p.a, hybrid on-site 2 days per week. South Birmingham

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in South Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to the business, leveraging their expertise in vendor management, ITIL, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing outsourced Application providers, Network, Telephony, and Desktop Services providers
  2. Managing internal business Incident, Problem, Change requests
  3. Owning and coordinating response to P1 incidents
  4. Enhancing the client's ServiceNow platform, maximizing system configuration and processes in collaboration with the development team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ITIL / ITSM
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
