Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Service Co-ordinator for our Service Department to help coordinate service delivery growth aligned with our Service & Maintenance operations. You will need excellent analytical and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team, suppliers and clients.

Key duties include scheduling PPM visits, placing supplier orders, handling emails and calls, and coordinating emergency call outs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and reports.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the wider team, suppliers and clients.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Booking PPM visits and updating daily planner.
• Placing orders to suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Responding to company emails.
• Responding to daily customer phone calls.
• Actioning emergency call outs.
• Updating weekly call out rota.
• Day-to-day duties involved in the running of the service department.
• Demonstrating strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous representation of the company to customers/clients.
