Job summary

Mitie Group is seeking a focused professional to join the Security Systems Sales and Operations Management team in the UK. You will co-ordinate day-to-day service delivery for allocated accounts, liaising with Account Managers, Sales, Surveyors and Service Desk to ensure contractual obligations are met and customer expectations are consistently delivered.

• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems, including safe systems of work.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to build relationships and respond proactively.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of customer retention, contract performance and cost control.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach working across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day management of allocated accounts and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Act as key point of contact for customers, providing updates on maintenance, quotes and works.
• Develop and maintain relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with Service Desk, Engineering, Projects and subcontractors.
• Monitor service calls, quotes, parts and actions; ensure progress and completion.
• Identify risks to service delivery and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Maintain accurate account records and ensure information is accessible to stakeholders.
• Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and account growth.
• Identify potential additional works and plan developments with Sales and Surveyors.
• Assist with contract renewals by providing relevant service performance information.
• Ensure changes to requirements are communicated and managed through approvals.
• Follow the Mitie Business Management System and keep documentation up to date.
