Arrive is transforming urban mobility and seeks a Service Manager to own Run projects and long-term maintenance contracts within the Transport Business Unit. You will coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to deliver reliable service.

You will manage a portfolio of maintenance contracts, ensuring quality, cost control and on‑time delivery, while driving improvements through PMO discipline and regular governance meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in project management or service delivery within transport or SaaS.
• Experience managing complex maintenance contracts with SLA requirements.
• Strong experience in project finances, cost forecasting, invoicing and contract changes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills translating tech to business.

Aufgaben

• Oversee transition from Build to Run; draft and manage SLAs and maintenance contracts.
• Lead Run projects through fleet upgrades, coordinating schedules and resources.
• Monitor P&L, costs and invoicing; identify commercial opportunities and risk.
• Interface with stakeholders and lead customer technical meetings and steering committees.
