Arrive seeks a Senior Project Manager to own program delivery in its London office, bridging strategy and practical execution. You will establish benchmark project standards, enforce strict change control, and protect commercial baselines while exceeding customer expectations.

Your role spans governance, budget oversight, and collaboration with Commercial teams to ensure project viability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes projects in Transport, Mobility or Software.
• Fluent with formal project methodologies (APM, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI).
• Strong P&L tracking, contract management, cost forecasting and baseline change control.
• Experience delivering customer-facing work with reputational and commercial risk.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to present to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery in London from strategy to execution, with benchmark standards.
• Enforce phase-gate governance, change control, and baseline management across projects.
• Manage RAID, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional alignment.
