Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: Norfolk, with regular travel to King's Lynn and Lowestoft
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £23,590 - £25,155 per annum
Driving: Full UK driving licence required with access to own vehicle.

As a crucial part of our team, you will oversee the Mobility Aids Service in Norfolk, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to national standards. Your responsibilities will include managing staff and volunteers, coordinating delivery schedules, and promoting the service within the local area. You'll build strong relationships with health agencies, attend networking events, and recruit enthusiastic volunteers. Additionally, you'll ensure that both staff and volunteers receive the necessary support, training, and supervision to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Starting your day with a team briefing, discussing priorities and planning tasks.
  • Managing and supporting staff and volunteer teams to meet service user needs.
  • Coordinating with local agencies, attending networking events, and promoting our services.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of accurate records and the administration of the service.
  • Engaging in volunteer recruitment and conducting regular training sessions.
  • Providing feedback on service improvements and collaborating with local management.
