This role involves acting as the first point of contact for key clients, resolving issues, coordinating services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and previous experience in account management or customer service.

Due to organic growth, we’re expanding our Service Delivery department, a customer-facing team that manages all account queries and supports our key accounts.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll act as the first point of contact for key clients—resolving issues, coordinating services, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
