Norfolk County Council is seeking a Service Delivery Assistant to join the IMT Configuration and Asset Team at County Hall, Norwich. The role involves managing IMT assets and delivering efficient asset management, handling enquiries and requests to support timely resolutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual to join the busy IMT Configuration and Asset Team at Norfolk County Council as a Service Delivery Assistant. The role involves a high level of customer contact as the IMT Configuration and Asset Team is responsible for managing the IMT assets across Norfolk County Council. The role requires you to provide and efficient and effective delivery of the functions of Asset Management, enabling enquiries and requests at all levels to be dealt with in a timely manner to assist in the timely resolution of their request.
You will need to have the ability to work independently and as part of a team providing an efficient and accurate entry and recording of key IMT data and collation of information to support the progression of requests to customers which include NCC Members, Chief Officers, staff, school staff and users from partner organisations. The post holder must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of customers from different services and IMT colleagues in a pressurised environment.
