Assessment and Placement Support Assistant | 9318 | Permanent Contract | Part-Time 18.5 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 pro rata per annum | Grade D | County Hall

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support for SEND processes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enable effective service delivery.
  • Maintain high level of detail orientation and meet KPIs.
  • Multi‑task and meet deadlines.
  • Use telephone, Word, Excel and Outlook professionally.
  • May receive training on internal database (knowledge of database not essential).
Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative role (essential).
  • Knowledge of SEN beneficial (not essential).
  • Strong telephone manner.
  • IT proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Team player with ability to work across various personalities.
  • Self‑motivated to work independently when needed.
