Victim Support in Wiltshire seeks a detail-focused Administrator (Service Delivery Assistant) to provide essential administrative support for our victims of crime services. This part-time role (15 hours per week) is home-based with travel across Wiltshire to support service delivery and attend meetings.
You will be the first point of contact, handle referrals, data entry, mail, and general admin while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will you will provide high-quality administrative support to the team and service. You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries into the service and support the wider team with administrative duties.
Ideally, you will have experience working within a client focused service and a good understanding and knowledge of office systems.
