Lookers Limited is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Analyst in Leeds, offering a hybrid work setup with travel as required. The role focuses on finance operations, dealer management systems, and process improvement to drive service excellence and robust controls.

You will collaborate with UK and offshore teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer service. A strong analytical mindset and FCA experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvements.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable or order-to-cash functions (2+ years).
• FCA-regulated environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dealer management systems and motor industry practices.
• Ability to influence and support teams across multiple locations.
• Structured approach to workload management and change initiatives.
• Legal knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and controls within your area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure service levels.
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Analyse team performance, ways of working and operational effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the business to support change.
• Ensure key controls, reconciliations and compliance activities are upheld.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, including supplier engagement by phone.
• Support offshore teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
