Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority in Leeds is recruiting a Senior Innovation Process Analyst to join the Risk Controls and Accounting Systems team within Finance & Corporate Services. You will support the design and delivery of process improvements and system enhancements, working with stakeholders to optimise Workday and related initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have strong business analysis experience, Lean or continuous improvement knowledge, and the ability to map processes, run workshops,

Qualifications

• Experience analysing business challenges and implementing innovative process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with data and performance measures to identify opportunities.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with F&C S teams to understand current processes and user needs.
• Lead or support workshops, process mapping sessions and requirements gathering.
• Analyse impacts across people, process, data and technology and propose practical improvements.
• Document requirements, test changes, and support reconciliation for Workday-enabled changes.
• Maintain prioritisation logs, action trackers and delivery documentation.
• Support reporting, dashboards, data analysis and insight production as needed.
• Help embed operational efficiency practices across F&C S, using Lean tools.
