Job summary

Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd in East Leeds are partnering with an established business to recruit a Finance Analyst into the finance function. The role offers broad exposure across finance, operations and commercial teams, turning financial and operational data into meaningful insight for senior stakeholders.

You will produce and analyse financial reporting, KPIs and management information, with a focus on variance analysis, dashboards and informing decision-making on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Experience within an industry finance environment.
• Strong financial reporting, KPI and variance analysis experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A curious, commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

This is a newly created role offering excellent exposure across finance, operations and commercial teams. You'll play a key role in turning financial and operational data into meaningful insight, supporting senior stakeholders with informed decision-making and business performance.

The role

The ideal candidate
