Job summary

Financial Conduct Authority is hiring an Senior Innovation Process Analyst in Leeds. You will join the Risk Controls and Accounting Systems team within Finance & Corporate Services to drive process improvements and optimise Workday and related systems.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business on requirements, testing and delivery of change initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, controls and user experience, supporting workshops, data analysis and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum: Experience as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role.
• Essential: Experience analysing business challenges and implementing innovative process improvements.
• Essential: Strong data, process and requirement analysis skills.
• Essential: Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Essential: Ability to map processes and data flows across the business.
• Essential: End-to-end requirements gathering and traceability.
• Essential: Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Essential: Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Advantageous: Experience with Workday enhancements and change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand current processes, pain points and user needs across F&C.
• Lead or support workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyse people, process, data and technology impacts and propose improvements.
• Document requirements and support Workday changes, testing and reconciliation.
• Maintain prioritisation logs, action trackers and delivery documentation.
• Support reporting, dashboards and data analysis as needed.
• Embed operational efficiency practices using Lean tools across F&C.
