Job summary

LA International is recruiting a Business Analyst - Customer Journey Manager for a 6 month contract, based on hybrid working with up to 2 days per week onsite in Leeds. The role focuses on a high-impact financial services transformation, turning complex challenges into clear system, data and operational requirements.

You will collaborate across investments, banking, technology and operations to shape target-state solutions and ensure data synchronisation and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Strong technical business analysis experience, across business processes and technology.
• Financial services experience, ideally investments/wealth management/stockbroking.
• Proven experience defining complex system integrations, data flows and dependencies.
• Confidence working across technology teams, business operations and third-party suppliers.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformations and managing cross-platform dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business and technology problems and define end-to-end target-state solutions.
• Define system interactions, data flows, dependencies and exception handling across platforms.
• Map asset lifecycle and reference-data processes across third parties and internal systems.
• Define banking and money-movement processes across accounts and currencies, including FX model and reconciliation.
• Analyse critical batch and operational processes with cross-system dependencies and exception-management needs.
