Qualifications

• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Operations, Client Services, Investment Operations, Business Support, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with client-facing or stakeholder-focused roles desirable.
• Exposure to financial markets or investment banking environments desirable.
• Experience supporting operational change, process improvement or transformation.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
