Based in Glasgow, the position centres on delivering responsive service coordination, ensuring customer commitments are met, and maintaining efficient operations across our multi-disciplinary office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent telephone skills and communication ability.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary office environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create scheduled service visits using the PPM planner for engineers and subcontractors.
• Request RAMS for subcontractor visits.
• Notify customers of planned appointments per maintenance schedule and contract requirements.
• Issue work orders to field engineers via electronic system or phone.
• Liaise between customers and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate tasks to meet budgets and timescales for maintenance.
