Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Service Coordinator in Willenhall to join our depot team. You will proactively communicate with customers, provide updates to drivers, and support on-site operations to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

You will develop a customer excellence approach, manage queries, and report daily debriefs while leading and developing your direct reports within a zero-harm culture. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK car driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication with drivers and frontline employees.
• Ability to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace.
• Experience with a quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with customers.
• Provide status updates and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Be the face-to-face contact with drivers and support on safety issues.
• Create a customer excellence approach and culture.
• React to and manage customer queries and complaints.
• Implement service practices meeting customer needs.
• Maintain zero-harm safety culture within depots.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders including Veolia team and management.
• Ensure legal compliance on site – WTD and transport.
• Provide clear daily debrief reporting.
• Lead, manage and develop direct reports.
