Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Service Coordinator in Willenhall, offering £34,750 per annum plus annual performance bonus and benefits. Monday–Friday, 40 hours, 8:30am–5pm with Saturdays on rota and bank holidays paid. Salary and benefits include generous leave and pension.

You will proactively communicate with customers, support drivers, provide status updates, and manage daily debriefs to ensure first‑class service and zero harm in depots. Full driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Full Car Driving Licence required.
• Excellent communication skills with drivers and frontline staff.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with customers.
• Provide status updates and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Complete debrief with drivers on return to depot and report actions.
• Be the face-to-face contact with drivers and support on issues identified on rounds.
• Create a customer excellence approach and culture.
• Respond to and manage customer queries and complaints.
• Implement service practices to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a zero-harm safety culture within depots.
• Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
• Engage with Veolia management and broader team.
• Ensure on-site compliance with legal and transport rules.
• Provide clear daily debrief reporting.
• Lead and develop all direct reports to communicate matters of business interest.
