Veolia is seeking a Service Coordinator in Willenhall to join our operations team. The role focuses on proactive communication with customers and drivers, providing daily updates, and ensuring safe, efficient service in line with Veolia procedures.

You will manage a busy workload, assist drivers on rounds, handle customer queries, and uphold a zero-harm safety culture. A full driving licence and strong communication skills are essential; hours are Mon-Fri with Saturday on a rota and bank

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Excellent communication with drivers and frontline staff.
• Ability to organise a busy workload and work at a fast pace.

Mansioni

• Proactively communicate with customers.
• Provide status updates and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Complete driver debriefs promptly and report any updates as required.
• Be the face-to-face contact with drivers daily, supporting issue resolution and safety reporting.
• Create a customer excellence culture and manage customer queries and complaints.
• Implement service practices meeting customer needs and maintain a zero-harm safety culture.
• Ensure on-site Veolia compliance with WTD and transport rules.
• Provide clear daily debrief reporting and engage with stakeholders.
• Lead and develop direct reports and communicate important business matters.
