Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association is recruiting a Service Coordinator to support people with multiple and complex needs within its Bury ABEN service. The post focuses on building and delivering a tailored, person-centered support package for each individual, helping them develop resilience and skills to live independently or move on into permanent housing.

The post holder will also help maintain and develop the Association's values and culture.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check (adults)
• Right to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship is offered
• Scrutiny of employment history
• Satisfactory pre-employment checks
• Robust references

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each service user
• Support people with multiple and complex needs within the Bury ABEN service
• Help service users build the skills and resilience to maintain independent living
• Support service users to move on into permanent housing
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos
