Job summary

Greensafe IT in Droitwich is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Internal Engineering function, focusing on the Breakfix service. You will handle quotations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with supply chain to drive operations.

The role requires a proactive individual with strong administration, Excel skills, and superb communication. On-site work with a 37.5 hour week and a salary of £25,000 per year is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing service information and updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy when preparing and issuing quotations.
• Maintain records in the system, especially stock movements.
• Provide timely updates on repair progress to manage expectations.
• Generate and deliver customer reports on stock levels, dispatch status and service performance.
• Collaborate with Technicians, Warehouse and Sales.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and logistics providers.
• Monitor Technician activity to meet SLAs.
