This office-based position is a key role for the business in ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of our service operations.
The successful applicant will work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure all planned and reactive works are completed effectively and on time. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling monthly PPMs, allocating call outs, liaising with clients to arrange engineers’ visits, and collaborating with team members to ensure a quality experience for clients.
