Job Title: Service Coordinator

This fire alarm and life safety systems installer and service provider based in South London is seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This office-based position is a key role for the business in ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of our service operations.

The successful applicant will work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure all planned and reactive works are completed effectively and on time. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling monthly PPMs, allocating call outs, liaising with clients to arrange engineers’ visits, and collaborating with team members to ensure a quality experience for clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally from the fire alarm industry or a related industry such as M&E or electrical.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in an administrative role within the service industry.
