Service Coordinator - London Fields

Alarm Communications Limited are a leading team of fire protection, commercial security, and building management systems specialists. Our client base is predominantly built of prestigious buildings and landmarks, such as high-end hotels, stadia, and education establishments in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Service Coordinator to be based out of our Griffin Fire site in London Fields.

Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum, subject to experience.

Role Responsibilities
  • Providing quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support
  • Responding quickly and positively to client communications
  • Managing customer queries
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges via email and telephone
  • Working with the Operations Team to improve customer experience
  • Invoicing and quoting from engineer reports
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance and reactive works
  • Invoicing clients
  • Ad-hoc project work as required
Candidate Requirements
  • A high standard of accuracy
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines required by the business
  • Effective liaison between colleagues and external parties
  • At least two years' relevant experience in a similar role
  • Five or more GCSEs including maths and English at minimum grade C
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet financial end-of-month cut-offs
  • Based in London
