Job description

A Service Coordinator is required for our client, a leading Air Conditioning and Mechanical company known for delivering comprehensive design, installation, service, and maintenance solutions to a broad client base. Due to the ongoing success and steady growth of the business, they are now seeking to add a Service Coordinator to their expanding team.

Key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator include:
  1. Managing and organizing the daily engineering schedule for both planned and reactive maintenance works.
  2. Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding the status and timelines of projects.
  3. Effectively liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Job Overview

As the Service Coordinator, you will be working out of the company's Billericay office.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule PPM visits for the Engineering division in London and the Home Counties.
  • Answer inbound calls from clients.
  • Raise and schedule jobs.
  • Arrange engineers and subcontractors to attend works.
  • Liaise with clients and update them on timescales of works.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in the HVAC and FM industry.
  • Office based in Romford.
  • Previous role as Service Coordinator, Helpdesk, or similar.
  • Highly adept at handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests.
  • Proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Administrative skills including filing, preparing documents, receipting, and maintaining records.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Basic Salary of £28,000-£32,000 DOE.
  • Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
  • 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service.
  • Pension scheme.
