Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is recruiting a Learning and Engagement Coordinator to join our Stoke team. The role focuses on co-developing and delivering learning opportunities to support service users to live independently and potentially gain employment.

You will plan, coordinate and promote learning activities provided by our service and external partners, helping to embed our values and a positive ethos across the organisation. The salary is £27,475.50 per annum.

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Learning and Engagement Coordinator to join our Association. The Learning and Engagement Coordinator will be based in our offices in Stoke.

Purpose of the role

• To co-productively develop, deliver and facilitate learning and development opportunities and relevant interventions for service users in order for them to live independently and possibly secure future employment.
• To plan, coordinate and deliver learning and development opportunities provided by the service and any other relevant external agencies or groups, ensuring necessary engagement and promotion of these opportunities.
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
