Required for our client, a commercial building maintenance company specialising in mechanical, electrical, and security solutions for properties across the UK.

• Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 (guide only - negotiable depending on experience)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Opportunities: for progression and development

Due to expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team, based near Didcot. The successful candidate will work within the Fire & Security department, assisting with scheduling and coordination of planned and reactive maintenance works.

1. Answering incoming calls/emails from clients
2. Logging planned and reactive works
3. Arranging security clearance and supplies/tools needed for each job
4. Booking out vehicles for engineers
5. Assisting with client communication, including handling calls from high-value clients and forwarding to the correct department
6. Helping to produce small works quotations alongside the sales department
7. Previous experience in a similar role, assigning works to engineers, and dealing directly with clients/customers
8. Experience working for an M&E engineering company, such as contractors within HVAC, Plumbing & Heating, or Fire & Security
9. Fire & Security knowledge/experience is highly desirable
10. Candidate should be based within a commutable distance of Wallingford
