Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Nuclear Chemistry)

As our company grows, we are expanding our teams and have a great opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Environmental Science Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and committed Customer Service Coordinator to join our Nuclear Chemistry team. The role requires working efficiently and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. While your daily tasks may be similar, the projects you support will constantly evolve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assigned tasks independently to meet productivity standards and adhere to standard operating procedures after receiving full training.
  • Maintain good laboratory practices, following methods, SOPs, local rules, and safety procedures, including equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with the laboratory quality system, specifically UKAS (ISO17025) and MCERTS requirements.
  • Project a professional and courteous image, supporting the business culture and codes of practice.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong communication skills at all levels and good organizational abilities.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
