Customer Service Coordinator

Are you interested in Nuclear Chemistry? This could be your opportunity to excel as a Customer Service Coordinator, as well as playing a vital role in helping our business succeed.

As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Environmental Science Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and committed Customer Service Coordinator to join our Nuclear Chemistry team. As a member of our team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently and independently, as well as working well as part of a wider team. While you may be performing the same array of tests day to day, the projects you will support will constantly change.

You will be required to (but are not limited to):

  1. Perform assigned tasks without supervision to the required productivity and in line with standard operating procedures after receiving full training
  2. Maintain good laboratory practice at all times if applicable, following methods, standard operating procedures, local rules and regulations, maintaining equipment and safe working procedures
  3. Be aware of and conform to the laboratory quality system, specifically UKAS (ISO17025) and MCERTS requirements
  4. Project a professional, courteous image and support the business culture and codes of practice at all times

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  1. Good communication at all levels with good organisational skills
  2. Client focus and a drive for quality
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  4. Excellent customer service skills
