Job title: Service Coordinator

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity is available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Chesterfield.

Purpose of the role:

• Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each young person's needs.
• Protect, support, and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet their needs and ensure their safety within our accommodation, in line with the Association's policies and procedures.
• Support and assist young people in developing skills to build resilience, overcome barriers, and advocate for themselves, enabling them to move into permanent housing, integrate into communities, and maintain independence according to their needs.
• Adopt a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to build trust with young people and develop tailored support plans in line with our Statement of Purpose and OFSTED regulations.
