Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers, allocating work per priorities and availability.
• Act as primary contact for customers needing servicing, maintenance or breakdown support.
• Manage incoming service requests and ensure efficient planning and progression of jobs.
• Monitor workloads and adapt schedules to changing priorities and urgent breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information in the system.
• Coordinate parts requirements to minimise downtime and delays.
• Support with quotations, service contracts and maintenance packages.
