This role involves ensuring that all customer requirements are handled appropriately within company guidelines and procedures, while ensuring effective use of company assets and resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective allocation of work to a team of mobile and site-based engineers.
2. Ensure compliance with all elements of Health and Safety legislation.
3. Undertake all service and breakdown resource allocation to meet customer requirements fully.
4. Handle customer enquiries and orders professionally, responding promptly and converting potential sales into orders.
5. Adhere to all company administrative procedures timely and completely.
6. Operate within key performance indicators specified for the location.
7. Supervise field and site-based staff to ensure optimal productivity.
8. Support the administration department to ensure smooth billing and administrative control of all jobs.
9. Refer issues outside your decision-making authority to the Control Team Leader/Location Manager.
10. Perform other duties as reasonably requested by the company.
11. Comply with all aspects of ISO 9001:2015 within your remit.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience supervising Mobile Engineers.
