Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Manager for a service-led business in the Southampton area. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the service contract portfolio, retaining existing customers and winning new contracts. You will work with internal service and operational teams to deliver value and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, be adept at building relationships, and negotiate effectively. A UK Driving Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Manager, Service Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Contract Management roles.
• Background in selling, managing or retaining service contracts or maintenance agreements.
• Track record of generating new business and growing existing customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills with understanding of pricing, margins and commercial performance.

Responsabilités

• Managing and retaining existing service contracts, building strong customer relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to renew, extend and grow current agreements.
• Developing new business opportunities and securing additional service and maintenance contracts.
• Converting reactive service customers into planned maintenance agreement customers.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional services and contract extensions.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial packages tailored to customer requirements.
• Negotiating contract terms and pricing to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers and developing long-term customer partnerships.
