Dynamite Recruitment is helping a Southampton-area service-led business recruit a Commercial Manager to own the service contract portfolio and drive growth. You will retain customers, win new contracts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and profitability.

The role requires proven negotiation skills, a track record in service sales or contract management, and the ability to develop strategic customer relationships. A UK driving license is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a Commercial Manager role, Service Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Contract Management.
• Background in selling, managing or retaining service contracts or similar solutions.
• A proven track record of generating new business and developing existing customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of pricing, margins and commercial performance.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Must have a UK Driving License.

• Managing and retaining existing service contracts, building strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to renew, extend and grow current agreements.
• Developing new business opportunities and securing additional service and maintenance contracts.
• Converting reactive service customers into planned maintenance agreement customers.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional services and contract extensions.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial packages tailored to customer requirements.
• Negotiating contract terms and pricing to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers and developing long-term customer partnerships.
• Working alongside operational teams to identify opportunities and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Monitoring sales performance, contract renewals and new business activity against agreed targets.
• Supporting the ongoing growth and commercial performance of the service department.
