Job summary

Construkt RS Ltd. in Fareham is seeking an experienced Sales Contracts Manager to grow our electrical services business. You will blend sales, business development and contract delivery to win new work and nurture existing accounts.

You will work with estimating, operations and scheduling teams to ensure profitable contracts, travel to client sites as required, and build long-term client relationships across facilities management and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management or contracts management.
• Background in electrical contracting, FM, property maintenance, housing or construction.
• Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, labour, materials and profit margins.
• Experience with quotations, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable generating your own opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and secure repeat business.
• Proactively generate new business, build a sales pipeline and win new contracts.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to develop relationships and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, rates and contract terms, ensuring profitable margins.
• Work closely with estimating, operations and scheduling teams to ensure work is delivered effectively.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to contract delivery.
