Job summary

AVI-SPL UK & Ireland is seeking a maternity cover Service Contract Coordinator in Farnborough to manage post-sale service contracts. The role focuses on pricing, renewals, and coordinating with global teams, ensuring accurate proposals and compliant contract handling.

The position is a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers, maintain reports and client folders, and respond to pricing requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Calculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents.
• Track and quote renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and provide client-facing proposal documents.
• Update and maintain tracking reports and client folders with relevant information.
• Monitor emails for new installation project requests or pricing uplift requests; ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor emails for service contract compliance and liaise with Account Managers on quotes.
• Liaise with the Global Helpdesk team and Service Managers regarding contract pricing and queries.
• Collaborate with a global team of service contract coordinators to support global management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this maternity cover role, you will be joining a great team and contributing to a wide array of projects. Primarily, you will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Calculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents.
• Track and quote renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and provide client-facing proposal documents.
• Update and maintain various tracking reports and corresponding client folders with relevant information.
• Monitor emails for new installation project requests or support uplift pricing requests, where required.
• Monitor emails for service support contract compliance.
• Liaise with Account Managers to follow up on quotes issued.
• Track and report on quote status.
• Liaise with the Global Helpdesk team and Service Managers regarding service contract-related pricing and queries.
• Work closely with a global team of service contract co-ordinators, where required, to support global service contract management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Nice-to-Haves:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar service contract support role (preferred).
• Experience utilising company intranet systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
