AVI-SPL Limited in Farnborough, United Kingdom, is seeking a maternity cover service contract support role to act as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract and requires ownership of tasks and strong MS Office skills.

You will interact with Account Managers and global teams to support contract pricing and renewals, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery of client-facing proposals.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities, Strong time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• In this maternity cover role, you will be joining a great team and contributing to a wide array of projects. Primarily, you will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts.
• Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Calculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents. Track and quote renewals of existing environment matches our status.
