An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Service Co-ordinator to join their supportive Highland Carers Advocacy team. In this role, you will supervise a small team of Advocacy Workers and provide vital one-to-one advocacy to unpaid carers across the Highlands. Your work will empower these individuals, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of carers while working within a welcoming and inclusive environment. This post is a fixed-term, 24-hour per week contract until 30th September 2026 (with the likelihood of continued funding).

Due to the requirement to travel to meetings with unpaid carers across the Highland Council area, the successful candidate must reside within a 25-mile radius of Inverness.
